For the couple who has done most of the planning themselves, we can serve as an organizational resource to take care of minor services, individual moments and small details of your wedding to make sure that it is all done just the way you want it to be.
Some examples of our limited wedding planning service are:

• Location & Venues: we can recommend and book the best locations and venues for your wedding
• Restaurants: we can reserve the restaurant or organize the catering for your wedding reception
• Media: we can find and book photographers and other media specialists
• Flowers: we can take care of the organisation of flowers and the décor for the ceremony including bouquets and buttonholes
• Stylists: we can book the hair stylists and the make-up appointments

Day of Coordination

The "Day of Coordination" service is for the bride who has the time and “know how” to plan her  wedding but wants an experienced wedding planner to handle all the details on her special day.

We will manage the entire day, any questions from vendors will come to us and every detail will be seen by Extraordinary Weddings.
We'll be present during the ceremony and reception and ensure every detail is set up the way you have envisioned it and everything runs smoothly.

We ensure that nothing has been forgotten and handle any “surprises” that may arise.  The bride and groom will arrive with nothing left to do but enjoy every minute of their special day.
